Kelly Clark is the founder of Asgard Services and a lifelong entrepreneur with a deep appreciation for how business, law, insurance, and real life intersect. Over the years, Kelly has founded, supported, and operated a wide range of ventures—from construction companies, a hair salon, and local cafés to real estate acquisition, leasing, and property management, as well as an international compliance consulting firm and a B2B software company serving businesses in regulated industries.

Her experience spans nearly every common business structure, including sole proprietorships, partnerships, LLCs, S-corporations, C-corporations, mutual benefit nonprofits, and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. She has not only helped form these entities, but has also served in leadership roles, including founder and CEO, giving her a practical, firsthand understanding of how business decisions affect people over time.

Alongside her professional work, Kelly has always been a seeker of knowledge. Her academic path includes a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology with an emphasis in Neuroscience, followed by graduate-level coursework in Organizational Development and Law. As her career evolved, one theme became clear: legal and regulatory considerations were present in nearly every business and personal situation she encountered. That curiosity led her to attend law school in 2011—not to practice law, but to better understand the systems that shape people’s decisions and outcomes. Kelly is not a lawyer and does not practice law; her focus has always been on helping people avoid conflict, confusion, and unnecessary hardship through thoughtful planning.

Over time, Kelly also recognized that insurance—much like the law—runs through nearly every major life event. This realization became deeply personal after the unexpected loss of a close friend and past business partner, when a life insurance policy failed to fully pay the family due to fine-print exclusions. That experience prompted Kelly to study insurance so she could help others better understand their coverage options and avoid being misled or left unprotected during vulnerable moments.

Through both personal loss and professional experience, Kelly has seen firsthand the difference proper planning can make. She has witnessed how life insurance can support a child after the loss of a parent, and how the absence of a trust—or incomplete planning—can lead to stress, conflict, and costly litigation within families. These experiences shaped her mission: to make it easier for people to take care of important documents and protection before a crisis occurs.
